上海市人才培訓銷售市場(通稱STTM)，于2005年三月經(jīng)政府部門主管機構(gòu)準許，迄今仍為中國人才培訓銷售市場行業(yè)我國首例示范點機構(gòu)，致力于落實中間和國務院辦公廳《關于進一步加強人才工作的決定》，促進學習培訓銷售市場的完善與發(fā)展趨勢。

上海市人才培訓銷售市場，2005年三月經(jīng)政府部門主管機構(gòu)準許，2012年七月一日掛牌上市，由上海交大、上海市開放大學、上海交大、及原上海市人力資源局等機構(gòu)相互項目投資建立。其特性是經(jīng)政府部門準許的非營利性人才培訓與繼續(xù)再教育制造行業(yè)服務平臺和社會發(fā)展服務性機構(gòu)。

RatifiedbythecompetentdepartmentofthegovernmentinMarch2004,ShanghaiTalentTrainingMarketwasestablishedonJuly1,2007,whichwasinvestedandconstructedjointlybyShanghaiJiaotongUniversity,ShanghaiOpenUniversity,ShanghaiUniversityandformerShanghaiPersonnelBureau.Withregardtoitsproperty,itisthenon-commercialtalenttrainingandcontinuingeducationplatformandthesocialpublicwelfareorganizationapprovedbythegovernment.
